Refund policy

Returns (Unused / Unopened Only)
We accept returns on Cinemattes orders within 15 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? No problem — as long as the mat is unused/unopened and you request the return within 15 days of delivery, you can return it.

Return Shipping & Labels
To make returns easy, we can provide a prepaid return label.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund (so we don’t lose money on return shipping).

  • If your return is due to a damage/defect we caused, we’ll provide a label at no cost.

Refunds (After Inspection)
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items (Replacement Only)
If your Cinematte arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please include photos of the damage, the packaging, and your order number

Custom Orders = Final Sale
Any custom-built / made-to-order Cinematte items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund (unless they arrive damaged/defective).

Order Cancellations / Changes
We can cancel or update an order only if it hasn’t been fulfilled yet (we fulfill quickly). Once an order is fulfilled, it can’t be canceled.
